Our Atty. Pete established Linsangan Law Office on 15 July 1985. He had the rare opportunity to represent both plaintiffs and defendants in cargo and crew claims, thus, giving him a deeper comprehension of the rights and defenses of both conflicting parties.

He started a humble law firm in Luneta ("Bagong Bayan"), where national hero Dr. Jose Rizal was killed by the Spanish conquistadores on 29 December 1896 and, today, where many of our "Modern Day Heroes" converge in search of employment on board any ocean-going vessel. On 18 January 2003, after more than 32 years of practice in Maritime and Admiralty Law, Atty. Pete formally inaugurated the Linsangan Admiralty Building at the heart of Manila to better serve more Filipino Seafarers and their families.
